One plan, one price, stated plainly
Every renovation business pays the same: A$249 a month and a one-off A$499 setup fee, on a 12-month minimum term.
The minimum term, before anything else
The plan has a 12-month minimum term, starting on the day your site goes live. After that it runs month to month, and either of us can end it with written notice.
You can end the plan during the first 12 months, but the monthly fees for the rest of that term remain payable. The exception is if you end it because we seriously breached the terms and did not fix the problem within 14 days of you telling us. The setup fee pays for building your site and is not refunded once the build has started, except where the law says otherwise. The plan terms set all of this out.
Prices on this site are shown without GST. A business showing prices only to other businesses doesn't need to include GST 1 in them, and a business that isn't registered for GST doesn't charge it: they don't include GST in their prices 2 . Until our registration is confirmed, prices read “GST may apply”.
What you pay, year by year
The same figures as the price ticket, added up. There is nothing else to pay for what the plan includes. Your domain registration is paid to your registrar, in your business name.
| Year | Made up of | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Year 1 | setup plus 12 monthly fees | A$3,487 |
| Year 2 | 12 monthly fees | A$2,988 |
| Year 3 | 12 monthly fees | A$2,988 |

The plan beside the other ways to get a website
A do-it-yourself builder and a one-off agency build both work for some renovators. This table describes each option in general terms. Prices vary widely between providers, so ask for written figures from anyone you are considering. The full comparison also covers relying on Facebook or Instagram alone.
| Compared on | This plan | DIY website builder | One-off agency build |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who builds it | We do, from the content you supply | You do, on a template | The agency does, to a brief |
| Upfront cost | A$499 setup | Low, plus your time | Usually the largest single cost |
| Ongoing cost | A$249 a month | Builder subscription, plus your time | Hosting, plus paid changes |
| Changes after launch | Up to 5 edits a month included | Whenever you find the time | Quoted or billed per change, in most cases |
| Pages built for renovators | Projects, process, licence details, consult form | Whatever the template offers | Depends on the brief and the budget |
| Commitment | 12-month minimum, then month to month | Usually monthly or yearly | Per project |
Before you ask
- I already paid for a website that never brought in work.
- That is common, and usually the site had no project pages, no licence details and no simple way to enquire. We can’t promise jobs, but the plan is built around those gaps, and you get a monthly report of every enquiry so you can see what the site is doing.
- I’m not technical and don’t have time to manage a website.
- You don’t manage anything. You send content once, then send edits when something changes, up to 5 a month. Hosting, security updates and the form are looked after for you.
- What do I actually have to supply?
- Your business and licence details, a logo if you have one, photos of finished work, notes on each service and the areas you work in. The content checklist on the how it works page lists everything.
- What if I want to leave?
- After 12 months you can end the plan with written notice before your next billing date. Your domain and content are yours, and we help you move the domain. Ending during the minimum term means the remaining monthly fees for that term are still payable.
Pricing questions
What does the plan cost?
A$249 a month and a one-off setup fee of A$499, with a 12-month minimum term. Prices are shown without GST; GST may apply. There is one plan and one price for every renovation business.
Why is there a 12-month minimum term?
The upfront cost is kept to the A$499 setup fee, and the monthly fee pays for building, hosting and looking after the site over time. The minimum term is what makes that split work. After 12 months the plan runs month to month, and the terms say so plainly before you sign.
Can I cancel?
Yes. After the 12-month minimum term you can end the plan with written notice before your next billing date. During the minimum term you can still end it, but the monthly fees for the rest of the term remain payable, unless you are ending it because we seriously breached the terms and did not fix it. The plan terms set this out in full.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The plan continues month to month at A$249 a month with the same inclusions. Either of us can end it with written notice. If we ever change the monthly fee, we give you at least 30 days’ written notice first.
Are there any other fees?
Not for what the plan includes. You pay your own domain registration to the registrar. Work outside the plan, such as a new feature or a redesign, is quoted first and nothing is charged unless you agree.
Do you offer discounts or a cheaper plan?
No. There is one plan at one price for every business, with no promotional pricing. That keeps the offer the same for everyone.
