How we work with clients
Everything happens by call, email and shared documents, so it works the same for a renovator in Hobart as in Darwin. You get a content checklist after signing up, a private preview before launch, and one place to send edits after.
We use your words and your photos. When your notes are rough, we tidy them into readable pages and send them back for you to check. We don’t add claims you haven’t made, and we won’t publish photos you don’t have the right to use.
The terms are written for businesses and are published in full: plan terms. Nothing in them removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
